Investment supervision is intended for clients in order to facilitate investment, and involves supervision of the investment of funds for the refurbishment of existing buildings and construction of new ones, in accordance with the financial and dynamic spending plan for the real estate concerned. It is carried out by holders of a university degree in civil engineering and architecture – expert witnesses.
