Established to expand the range of Erste Group’s services and products in the real estate segment, the company’s core activities include:

• monitoring the use of loan funds for projects financed by Erste Bank
• providing advisory services to clients in all real estate-related matters.

In cooperation with sister companies, Erste Nekretnine is also present in many Central and Eastern European markets.
