1. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. (“we” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it during and after your visit to this website, its related mobile site, and any micro-site (which may be administered on behalf of Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. by a third party usually acting as a data processor) accessible through this site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, collectively the “Sites”). In this respect, Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. acts as the data controller (“Controller”). This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) provides insight into our practices regarding the collection of information through the Sites and our use of such information. 2. Types of Data Processed

Through the Site, we collect and store certain personal data about you (e.g., information that can directly or indirectly identify you, particularly by means of an identifier such as a name, personal identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or more factors specific to your physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity (“Personal Data”)). In certain cases, we may ask you to provide Personal Data, for example, when you use an order form or services we offer, submit comments or questions, request information, participate in a promotion, competition, or prize game, or use other features or functions of our Site.

Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. will not collect Personal Data during your visits to our Sites unless you provide them voluntarily, except for certain Personal Data collected through information systems and programs used for website operation, the transmission of which is inherent in the use of internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses), and will not require more information than necessary to participate in activities on our Sites. 3. Purposes, Legal Basis for Processing, and Possible Consequences of Not Providing Personal Data

Providing Personal Data for the purposes described in items F and G is also voluntary; failure to provide such Personal Data or objection to relevant processing on appropriate grounds relating to your particular situation may prevent Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. from sending advertising or direct sales materials or conducting market research, data analytics, or delivering commercial communications and/or from providing your Personal Data to selected advertising partners for their marketing purposes. We may still contact you for administrative purposes such as confirming an order or responding to your further requests.

4. Recipients

Your Personal Data may be disclosed, closely related to the purposes above, only to:

- entities necessary to execute orders, deliver packages, send mail and emails, remove duplicate client data, analyze data, provide marketing support, process credit card payments, and provide customer services, which usually process Personal Data on behalf of Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. as data processors;
- persons authorized by Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. to process Personal Data who are subject to an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality (employees of Erste Nekretnine d.o.o.);

6. Retention

Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. will process your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section 2. Regarding the purposes described in Sections 2.F and 2.G, your Personal Data will be processed until you exercise your right to object or restrict processing. In addition to the above, Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary or permitted under the applicable data protection law.

7. Your Rights

Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. informs you that, in accordance with and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you have the right to request from Erste Nekretnine d.o.o. access to and rectification or deletion of Personal Data or restriction of processing related to your Personal Data, or to object to relevant processing activity, and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You also have the right to know the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your Personal Data have been or will be disclosed, particularly recipients in third countries.
