Real estate valuations are carried out by highly qualified experts and certified court appraisers with extensive experience.

Through detailed property inspections, verification of documentation, and valuation calculations, we prepare valuation reports compliant with the Real Estate Valuation Act (Official Gazette 78/2015) and the Regulation on Real Estate Valuation Methods (Official Gazette 105/15).

While valuations are primarily performed for Erste Bank’s financing purposes, our services are also available to external clients on the open market.

In cooperation with certified external associates – court experts specialized in specific fields – we also provide movable property valuations, including:

• components of production plants.

Erste Nekretnine is an authorized real estate appraiser for all types of loan financing by Erste Bank, where real estate or movable assets are used as collateral.
